Shipping and Return Policies

Items that are in stock normally ship within 1-3 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). For items that are created once an order is placed the shipping time is listed on the product description page.

Shipping is via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. All jewelry and hair adornments are shipped in a gift box.

When ordering multiple items anything over 13 oz must go USPS Priority Mail. Sometimes when ordering multiple pieces the shipping quote is higher than it should be. I ship using exact shipping fees provided by the USPS, so any extra over $2.00 will be refunded.

I find Priority the safest, fastest, and easiest track-able way to ship your treasure. I love all my creations and want them to arrive as safely as you do.

If you prefer insurance (a small fee) please contact me and I am happy to add it for you.

I have shipped International for years. I will ship outside the U.S. but due to extreme postal rates to different countries simply contact me so I can quote you a rate for your country. With all the new EU laws, sometimes and very randomly, a package is held in that country's customs until a Customs fee is paid. This is in addition to your shipping fee and is the responsibility of the buyer. I do not put "Gift" on customs forms as that is against the law.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and to love it as much as I loved the creation process. Sizes are described to the best of my ability. Hopefully you have read the description before purchasing. I have also provided measuring guidelines if you are truly in doubt. But if the worst case scenario happens and you find an item is too large or too small, please let me know within 48 hours of receipt.

At that point I can offer one of these choices:

1. You can return the item in new and unworn condition, just as you received it in it's box. Please use the contact form to let me know you are returning it and why. I must receive the item back within 10 days. Once I have the item back and there are no issues with it, I will gladly refund the purchase price less the shipping cost.

2. If you want to exchange it for something else in my shop I am happy to do that once I have the original piece back, with the same conditions applied as mentioned above in #1. If there is a price difference I will bill (or refund) you for the difference once I am ready to ship the new piece.

How to Measure for a Bracelet or Necklace

Measuring for a Bracelet

Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper just above the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you use a plain strip of paper, make a mark with a pen or pencil. You can then use a ruler to measure the marked length. That would be your wrist size.

If you prefer a snug fit add 1/4" - 1/2" to your wrist size. For a little more of a comfort fit add approximately 3/4" - 1". If you like your bracelets really loose with lots of movement add about 1 1/4". It really is all about personal preference.

 Measuring for a Necklace

Necklace length is truly a personal preference. Lengths pictured here are guidelines for illustrative purposes offer you a visual idea of where a necklace might lie.

Body build will make a difference in where a necklace will fall. The best way to determine where the length of a necklace will fall on you is to measure. It is very easy. Grab a soft tape measure (like used in dressmaking), and stand in front of a mirror. Wrap the tape measure around the back of your neck and find the lengths in front that you like best. No tape measure? No problem. Use something like a string or piece of ribbon, wrap it across the back of your neck and down your front where you want it to hang. Continue to hold on to one end for marking and use a ruler or tape measure and measure from your finger to the end.
